With hot coffee enabled, once you go inside the house you must play a sex minigame (involving Millie's particular preferences) to pass the mission. Interestingly, hot coffee also affects the mission 'Key to her Heart', where CJ must follow Millie home, kill her date and have sex with her. Interestingly, it was less developed than the PC version, with CJ saying fewer phrases during sex. I've done the clothed version once using a save editor, but got stuck unable to move once the date was over. The PS2 version is more difficult to access Hot Coffee with. The XBOX version is more difficult to do, but very easy for anyone who knows how to access the XBOX's file system from a PC. Girlfriends were so much less tedious with it. I played my PC 100% save file with hot coffee unlocked, as a date with sex raises your relationship status with your girlfriend by 10% rather than the usual 5%. Hot Coffee access is saved on your save file, so a save file with it unlocked will run it on any v1.0 San Andreas game. The nude version (no genitals shown) requires textures to be replaced, but is still very easy to access. Just run the SA_CENSOR program with the game running and press Y to access it.
